Monstera plant stake taster workshop with Luminar Glass Studio
Friday 28th August, 2pm - 4.30pm

The Rings Community Hub, Ingleby Barwick, TS17 5LL.

First floor room, accessible lift available if needed.

 

Join Sarah from Luminar Glass Studio to learn the traditional craft of Tiffany (copper foiled) stained glass.

During this 2.5 hour taster session you will learn how to apply copper tape to pre-cut glass pieces, burnish, assemble and then solder your monstera plant pot stake.

You will have the choice of leaving the solder silver, or turning it black or copper using chemical patinas for your finished piece. 

This workshop requires no previous experience. Sarah will guide you through step by step, ensuring you leave with a beautiful piece. Aprons and all PPE are provided, as are a full set of tools/equipment for each person. 

Refreshments (Tea, coffee, juice, biscuits, etc) are provided.  Please wear full shoes, no sandals or open toes.

**Please note , this workshop is not suitable for pregnant women**
